Záznam jako forma zápisu do katastru nemovitosti

Record as a Form of Inscription in the Land Register
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se věnuji zápisu do katastru nemovitostí formou zápisu. Na začátku vyjmenovávám jednotlivé druhy zápisů do katastru. Popisuji postup katastrálního úřadu při provádění záznamu, změnu údajů vlastníka a nemovitostí. Nakonec kritizuji dnešní zákony týkající se záznamu, které jsou velmi rozsáhlé.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I devote on theme ‘Record as a form of inscription in the Land Register’. In the chapter are described kinds of inscription in the land register as for example the deposit, record and annotation. I discusses the topic of procedure in putting record into the land register.
