Předkládaná práce usiluje především o přiblížení soukromé obrazárny jednoho z brněnských sběratelů činných na konci 19. a na začátku 20. století, textilního továrníka Otto Kuhna (1865–1927). Jeho sběratelskému zájmu se těšila díla moderních, zejména rakouských a německých malířů, ale rovněž umění raného novověku. Abstract:
The thesis primarily aims to explore the private picture gallery of the textile manufacturer Otto Kuhn (1865–1927), one of Brno-based collectors active at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. His collecting interests included works by modern painters, Austrian and German in particular, but the art of early modern period as well.
