Cílem této práce je zkoumat postavení heavymetalové hudby v hudebním průmyslu a její schopnost konkurovat jiným žánrům stejně jako to, jaké faktory úspěšnost heavy metalu v celém hudebním průmyslu ovlivňují. The goal of this thesis is to examine the position of heavy metal music in the music industry and its ability to compete with other musical genres as well as the factors that affect heavy metal's success.
