Předmětem diplomové práce je nahlédnout na regulaci zadluženosti obcí z pohledu fiskální disciplíny České republiky a vybrané země v kontextu aplikovaných fiskálních pravidel. Abstract:
Subject of the thesis is to analyze regulation of indebtedness of municipalities in terms of the fiscal discipline of the Czech Republic and the selected country in the context of applied fiscal rules. For comparison, the Slovak Republic was chosen because of common history. The partial aim of the thesis is suggestion of possible recommendations on the basis of the comparison.
