Diplomová práca je zmeraná na analýzu hospodárskeho a ekonomického vývoja vybraných krajín Latinskej Ameriky od druhej polovice 20 storočia do roku 2003. Cieľom práce je ilustrovať hospodársky vývoj vo vybraných krajinách a to na vývoji jednotlivých hospodárskych kríz. V prvej kapitole sme sa zaoberali teoretickým vymedzením pojmu kríza.
