Development of criminalistics and ways of committing a crime
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci přináším teoretické poznatky o historickém vývoji a způsobu spáchání trestného činu. Zabývám se možností, jak dané téma přiblížit nejen laické veřejnosti, ale také studentům kriminalistických studií za pomoci teoretických znalostí s důrazem na členění do jednotlivých kapitol.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I bring theoretical knowledge about historical development and the way of committing a crime. I deal with the possibility how to bring the subject closer to the general public, but also to students of forensic studies with the help of theoretical knowledge with an emphasis on division into individual chapters.
