Czech television - license fees as a funding source
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá provozovateli vysílání ze zákona a jejich regulací, zvláště pak Českou televizí. Vymezuje její postavení mezi ostatními vysílateli a zároveň rozebírá její financování, hlavně pomocí koncesionářských poplatků. Těm je věnovaná samostatná kapitola. Nakonec práce rozebírá financování veřejnoprávních televizí v evropských zemích a pomocí komparace odpovídá na otázku, zdali by si zasloužil …more
Abstract:
This work deals with broadcasters by law and regulation, especially the Czech Television. Defines it’s position among the other broadcasters and also analyzes it’s financing, mainly through license fees. Those are discussed in a separate chapter.
