Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na popis stávající právní úpravy okolností vylučujících protiprávnost a zánik trestnosti v přestupkovém právu. V praktické části je rozebrána judikatura a to především Nejvyššího správního soudu.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the description of the current legal regulation of circumstances precluding illegality and termination of criminality in misdemeanor law. The practical part discusses the case law, especially the Supreme Administrative Court.
