Abstract:
Expectation of a rapid development of new business models in Automotive industry requests an ability to track and measure profitability of the product and mainly services at the lower, ideally car (VIN), level.This thesis analyses current situation of Profitability tracking at ŠKODA AUTO and proposes a way how to improve this competence for the future higher competitiveness.
