V této práci se zabývám metodami podnikového vzdělávání, od jejich volby až po hodnocení úspěšnosti. In this thesis, I deal with methods in corporate education, from choosing the right method to evaluation of its successfulness. The subject “corporate education”, and all stages of its cycle is introduced to the reader in theoretical part.
