Motivation to participating for cultural events in Neratovice region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku motivace u návštěvníků kulturních akcí v okolí města Neratovic s ohledem na jednotlivé motivační typy lidí. V teoretické části se věnujeme typům motivace a popisu daného prostředí, do kterého je práce zasazena. Praktická část, kdy využíváme poznatků z teoretické části práce, je zaměřena na samotné výzkumné šetření, jehož cílem je získat informace a poznatky o motivačních faktorech a stimulech u jednotlivých motivačních typů lidi navštěvujících kulturní dění v daném regionu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of motivation of culture events´ visitors at the surroundings of the town Neratovice in regards with individual motivational types of men. We dedicate the theoretical part to the types of motivation and the description of the environment, in which the thesis is centred. The practical part, taking advantage of the theoretical part, is focused on the research aimed at gathering information and knowledge of the incentives at individual motivational types of people, visiting culture events in the given region.
