Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice strategického managementu ve sportu. Je rozdělena do dvou nosných částí, z nichž v té první je provedena teoretická rešerše nejaktuálnější literatury pojednávající o strategii, strategii ve sportu a strategickém plánovacím procesu.
