The comparison of the works Modlitba pro Kateřinu Horovitzovou and Dita Saxová with the adaptations of the same names
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je komparace novel Arnošta Lustiga Modlitba pro Kateřinu Horovitzovou a Dita Saxová s jejich stejnojmennými adaptacemi, které natočil režisér Antonín Moskalyk. Práce se věnuje nejdříve knižním předlohám. Zaměřuje se na děj, postavy a motivy. Následně se zabývá filmovým zpracováním obou novel. Stěžejní částí práce je srovnání literární předlohy a její filmové podoby.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the novels by Arnošt Lustig the Modlitba pro Kateřinu Horovitzovou and the Dita Saxová with adaptations, directed by Antonín Moskalyk. The work is focused on books, especially to the storyline, characters and motives. The film adaptations are analyzed. The main part of this work is the comparison with the literary master and the film adaptation.
