Abstract:

DVOŘÁKOVÁ, Martina. Ošetřovatelský proces u adolescenta s farmakorezistentní epilepsií po epileptochirurgickém výkonu. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Marie Froňková. Praha. 2023. 69 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelský proces u adolescenta s farmakorezistentní epilepsií po epileptochirurgickém výkonu. Pacient s kortikální dysplazií druhého typu podstoupil resekční výkon. V oboru epileptologie je chirurgický výkon velmi podstatný, a to zejména pro pacienty s farmakorezistentní epilepsií, u kterých jiné možnosti terapie selhaly. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je stručně charakterizována podstata epilepsie, její různá úskalí v běžném životě a také je v této části práce popsána péče o pacienta po operačním výkonu z pohledu všeobecné sestry. Cílem této části práce je přiblížení těchto zmíněných pojmů. V praktické části je cílem aplikovat ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s farmakorezistentní epilepsií, který podstoupil resekční výkon metodou awake. Součástí ošetřovatelského procesu je stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz, které jsou stanoveny na základě sběru dat. Následně jsou popsány ošetřovatelské intervence, jejich realizace a zhodnocení realizované péče. Závěrem bakalářské práce je uvedeno doporučení pro praxi, které se týká všeobecných sester, pacienta a jeho rodiny.

Thesis Supervisor: Mgr. Marie Froňková. Prague. 2023. 69 pages. The topic of the Bachelor’s thesis is the nursing process in an adolescent with pharmacoresistant epilepsy after epilepsy surgery. The patient with cortical dysplasia type II underwent a resection procedure. In the epileptology field, the surgical procedure is essential especially for patients with pharmacoresistant epilepsy for whom other therapeutic options have failed. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The nature of epilepsy and its various pitfalls in everyday life are briefly characterized in the theoretical part, as well as nursing care of a patient after a surgical procedure from a general nurse’s point of view. The objective of this part is to clarify the mentioned concepts. In the practical part, the goal is to apply the nursing process to an adolescent with pharmacoresistant epilepsy that underwent a resection procedure using the awake method. Part of the nursing process is establishing nursing diagnoses that are based on data collection. Then there are nursing interventions, their realizations and assessment of the realized care described. In the final part of the thesis, there is a recommendation for practice that concerns general nurses, the patient and their family.
