Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo za pomocí získaných teoretických poznatků vyhodnotit stav personálního a interního marketingu s důrazem na motivovanost a spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě a na základě získaných výsledků navrhnout doporučení. Abstract:
The aim of my thesis was, with the help of acquired theoretical knowledge, to evaluate personal and internal marketing with the focus on motivation and satisfaction of the employees in selected company and make a recommendation based on gained result.
