Accounting and Tax Aspects of Various Legal Forms of Business

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce „Účetní a daňové aspekty různých právních forem podnikání“ je v návaznosti na aktuální právní úpravu vymezit různé právní formy podnikání, jejich účetní a daňové aspekty. Na základě této analýzy na konkrétních datech vybraného podnikatelského subjektu vyhodnotit přechod na jinou právní formu podnikání a navrhnout nejvhodnější řešení z účetního a daňového hlediska. První část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na vymezení teoreticko-právního rámce dané problematiky. Předmětem praktické části je vyčíslení různých variant právních forem podnikání a přechodů mezi nimi u vybraného podnikatelského subjektu a jejich komparace. V závěru této části je formulováno doporučení pro daný podnikatelský subjekt. V práci jsou využity metody analýzy, deskripce, komparace a syntézy.

Abstract:

The goal of the diploma thesis “Accounting and Tax Aspects of Various Legal Forms of Business” is to define in accordance with up-to-date legislation various legal forms of business, their accounting and tax aspects. Then will be for a particular entrepreneurial unit assessed transition to a different legal form of business and the most suitable option with respect to accounting and tax aspects will be suggested. The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on the definition of legal and theoretical framework of the issue in question. The aim of the practical part is to calculate and compare various legal forms of business and transition among them for a particular entrepreneurial unit. In the conclusion of this part, recommendation for a particular entrepreneurial unit is suggested. The methods of analysis, description, comparison and synthesis are applied in the thesis.
