Gastroturism and Brewing as an Opportunity to Expand the Offer of Selected Travel Agency

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možností využití gastroturismu a pivovarnictví jako možnosti rozšíření nabídky cestovní kanceláře. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem cestovní ruch a turismus a jeho formy a druhy. Zaměřuje se především na vymezení netradičních forem cestovního ruchu a na klíčové pojmy, které s nimi souvisí. Ve druhé části je představena cestovní kancelář DAEN, služby, které nabízí a její historie. V praktické části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjištěno povědomí o vybraném pivovaru a o zájmu o netradiční formy zájezdů. V poslední části jsou navrženy dva typy zájezdů. První zájezd je jednodenní a je navržen dle požadavků zadávající cestovní kanceláře. Druhý typ zájezdu je třídenní a obsahuje podrobný popis zájezdu, program jednotlivých dnů a předběžnou kalkulaci.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the possibility of using gastronomicism and brewing as a way to expand the travel agency's offer. The theoretical part explains the concept of tourism and its forms and types. It focuses mainly on the definition of non-traditional forms of tourism and the key concepts associated with them. The second part introduces the travel agency DAEN, the services it offers and its history. In the practical part, an awareness of the selected brewery and interest in non-traditional forms of tours is ascertained by means of a questionnaire survey. In the last part, two types of tours are proposed. The first trip is a one-day trip and is designed according to the requirements of the ordering travel agency. The second type of trip is a three-day trip and contains a detailed description of the trip, the program of each day and a preliminary calculation.
