Bakalářská práce se zabývá činností Obecního živnostenského úřadu v Opavě. Je zaměřena na objasnění výkonu státní správy na úseku živnostenského podnikání pro začínající podnikatele. Budou vysvětleny postupy pro založení živnosti a další navazující právní předpisy k jeho povinnostem.
