Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice retribučního soudnictví v Československu po 2. světové válce. Zabývá se případy členů a spolupracovníků nacistické bezpečnostní služby SD, jejichž kauzy byly řešeny u Mimořádného lidového soudu v Mostě v prvním retribučním období. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of retributive judiciary in Czechoslovakia after The Second World War and particularly deals with the cases of members or collaborators of Nazi Security Service SD that have been judged at the Extraordinary People's Court in Most in the first retributional period.
