Diplomová práce charakterizuje základní problematiku právní úpravy soukromého práva. Cílem práce je poskytnout určitý ucelený přehled platných právních ustanovení závazkových a smluvních poměrů. Důraz je kladen především na nový občanský zákoník a Úmluvu OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží z roku 1980. Dissertation describes essential questions concerning legal arrangements of the private law. The aim of the final year thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of valid legal regulations of commitment and contractual deals.
