The effect of chosen techniques of creative accounting on financial statements

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je poukázat na efekt vybraných technik kreativního účetnictví na účetní výkazy. Na základě teoretických východisek o podstatě kreativního účetnictví byl na vzorovém příkladě fiktivní účetní jednotky ukázán vliv vybraných technik kreativního účetnictví. Z porovnání obou variant účtování, kde Varianta 1 představuje správné zaúčtování všech transakcí a Varianta 2 představuje účtování s využitím technik kreativního účetnictví, bylo zjištěno, že využívání kreativního účetnictví má vliv na výkazy účetnictví účetní jednotky a tudíž byl zaznamenán i dopad na vypovídací schopnost zkreslených účetních výkazů.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to show the effect of chosen techniques of creative accounting on financial statements. Based on the theoretical background of creative accounting was demonstrated the influence of chosen techniques of creative accounting by way of an example. From the comparison of two variants, where the Variant 1 shows the right use of accounting methods and Variant 2 shows accounting using creative techniques, was found that using creative accounting has an influence on financial statements and thus was noticed the impact on reporting power of misrepresented financial statements.
