Tato práce se zabývá diskriminací zaměstnavatelem na trhu práce, konkrétně modelem založeným na osobních preferencích a užitku (Beckerův model diskriminace). This thesis deals with employer's discrimination in the labor market, specifically with a taste-based model (Becker's model of discrimination). For modeling discrimination in the labor market is created model in R and NetLogo.
