Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu jako traumatické situace na pracovišti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku šikany na pracovišti, podrobněji charakteristiku mobbingu a jeho právní obranu v České republice. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of mobbing as a traumatic situation in the workplace. The theoretical part is focused on characteristic of violence in the workplace, then closely on characteristic of mobbing and his law defence in the Czech republic.
