Diplomová práce se zabývá účetní uzávěrkou a závěrkou obchodní společnosti. Jejím cílem je vyhotovení účetní závěrky vybrané obchodní společnosti na základě účetní uzávěrky. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. This diploma thesis deals with closing the books and preparation of financial statements of a Czech business company. The aim of this thesis is to prepare financial statements of the chosen business company based on the closing operations. This thesis is divided into two parts.
