Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak probíhá výchova a péče o děti na internátě při škole pro sluchově postižené. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. Teoretická část má dvě kapitoly. První z nich se zabývá problematikou sluchového postižení. Jsou zde vymezeny základní termíny oboru surdopedie, klasifikace sluchových vad, diagnostika, kompenzační pomůcky a vývoj jedince se sluchovým postižením. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vzdělávání žáků se sluchovým postižením, a to především na primární vzdělávání. Dále zde nalezneme stručné shrnutí nejdůležitějších zákonů týkajících se vzdělávání. Zabývá se vzděláváním žáků se sluchovou vadou v základních školách běžného typu, tak i školách zřízených podle paragrafu 16 odst. 9 školského zákona. V neposlední řadě je zde zmíněna role vychovatele a pedagoga v edukačním procesu. Praktická část je tvořena výzkumem kvalitativního charakteru. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo formou rozhovorů s dětmi na internátě a zdejšími zaměstnanci. Výzkum je doplněn o zkušenosti dospělých neslyšících, kteří v minulosti na internátě pobývali.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to find out how the education and care of children at boarding school for people with hearing disorder is carried out. It consists of two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part has two chapters. The first chapter is focusing on the issue of hearing impairment. There are defined basic terms of the field of surdopaedia, classification of hearing impairments, diagnostics, compensatory aids and development of an individual with hearing impairment. The second chapter is focused on education of pupils with hearing disorder, especially in primary school. Also there is a brief summary of the most important laws concerning education. It deals with the education of pupils with hearing impairment in primary schools of the common type, as well as schools established under Section 16 (9) of the Education Act. Last but not least, there is mentioned the role of tutor and educator in the educational process. The practical part consists of qualitative research. The research took the form of interviews with children at boarding school and with local employees. The research is supplemented by the experience of adult deaf people who had been staying at the boarding school in the past.
