Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje dosavadním poznatkům o onemocnění COVID-19. Obsahuje základní charakteristiku onemocnění, klinický průběh, patofyziologii a komplikace, rizikové faktory, diagnostiku, léčbu a prevenci. Praktická část práce zahrnuje kazuistiky sedmi pacientů. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic knowledge about COVID-19 disease. It includes the basic characteristics of the disease, clinical course, pathophysiology and complications, risk factors, diagnosis, treatment and prevention.
