Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice regulace průvodcovských aktivit v České republice. Cílem práce je prozkoumat a posoudit současné přístupy k podnikání v oblasti průvodcovských aktivit a její dopad na současnou legislativu a ekonomiku státu. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, aktuální právní úpravu průvodcovských aktivit v ČR, právní úpravu průvodcovství v komparaci se světem a současné problémy průvodcovských činností. Praktická část práce shrnuje výsledky vlastního šetření zaměřeného na odhalení zkušeností turistů a organizací s průvodci v ČR i ve světě a jejich názor na ně. Na základě výsledků šetření je vytvořen návrh na právní úpravu průvodcovských činností, změny v požadavcích na odbornou kvalifikaci, vzdělávání průvodců, kontrolu činnosti a v neposlední řadě spolupráce státních subjektů s nestátními organizacemi působícími v oblasti cestovního ruchu České republiky.

Abstract:

The master thesis is devoted to the regulations of tour guide activities in Czechia. The thesis aims to examine and evaluate current approaches to business in the field of guide activities and its impact on the legislation and the country’s economy. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts, the current regulations regarding this topic in Czechia, as well as the comparison with the other countries and the current problems of tour guide activities. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the data analysis collected as part of my research in organizations and the general public. Research is focused primarily on revealing the tourists' and organizations’ experiences with tour guides and their opinion on them. Pursuant to the results, suggestions are made for the guide activities regulation, changes in requirements for professional qualifications, tour guide training, control activities, and last but not least the cooperation of state entities with non-state organizations that operate in the field of tourism in Czechia.
