Concept of self-learning organizations applicable on selected firm

Anotácia:

Cílem magisterské práce je zjistit, zdali zkoumaná firma má tendenci směřovat ke konceptu učící se organizace a pokusit se určit, které faktory tomuto směřování napomáhají a které nikoliv. V teoretické části jsou vyjasněny pojmy „informační společnost“, „znalostní společnost“ a koncept učící se organizace. Z teoretické části vycházejí výzkumné otázky. V metodologické části práce je popsána vybraná metodologická metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se zaměstnanci zkoumaného podniku, kteří pracují na různých pracovních pozicích. V empirické části práce prezentujeme výzkumná zjištění a v závěru formulujeme konkrétní doporučení pro vedoucí pracovníky, kteří jsou zodpovědní za chod organizace.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the investigated company has a tendency to move towards the concept of the self-learning organization and try to determine which factors contribute to this trend and which factors aren’t. In the theoretical part of the thesis is clarification of the term "information society" , "knowledge society" and the concept of the self-learning organization. From the theoretical part of the thesis results research questions. The methodological method of semi-structured interviews with ten respondents, who works in various positions in company is described in the methodological part of the thesis. The empirical part of the thesis presents the research findings and the conclusion, which formulates specific recommendations for managers who are responsible for running the organization.
