Abstract:
Daná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou právní úpravy nájmu bytu a domu za účelem bydlení a skládá se ze sedmi kapitol. První kapitola vysvětluje důležité pojmy, které se tématu týkají a které se budou dále v práci vyskytovat, pak bude následovat druhá kapitola o nájmu bytu a domu obecně, kde bude vysvětlen rozdíl nájmu pro bydlení od nájmu obecného a také popsány dva speciálních typů nájmu. …more

The bachelor thesis deals with legal regulation for tenancy for residential purposes and consists of seven chapters. First chapter will explain the necessary terminology, which will be used in this work. In the second chapter tenancy for residential purposes will be compared with the so-called common tenancy and will be described special types of the tenancy.
