Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o vybavení cukrářských dílen určených pro žáky učebního oboru cukrář. Obsahuje důležité pedagogické dokumenty, jako jsou profil absolventa a učební osnovy vycházející ze Školního vzdělávacího programu. This thesis deals with the equipment of confectionery workshops that are designed for students studying for pastry chef. It contains important educational documents, such as the graduate profile and curriculum based on the school educational program.
