Abstract:

Existence neziskové kultury a umění je ohrožena snižujícími se veřejnými výdaji na kulturu, navyšujícími se požadavky na kvalitu a zvyšující se konkurencí jak v oblasti kultury, tak zábavy obecně. Cílem práce je navrhnout, jakým způsobem lze zajistit životaschopnost neziskových divadel v ČR na základě změny modelu řízení, který v případě úspěšné implementace posílí jejich konkurenceschopnost v dynamickém a trvale se měnícím prostředí. Těžištěm práce je vedle komplexně provázaného modelu nástrojů řízení také kvantitativní výzkum, který pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumá současný stav řízení neziskových divadel v ČR. První část práce komplexně analyzuje nynější vnější prostředí neziskových divadel a slouží k identifikaci rizik, která ohrožují jejich existenci. Následně jsou prezentovány výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu a diskutována navazující problematika spolu s riziky řízení neziskových divadel v ČR. Výsledek výzkumu ukazuje na nutnost profesionalizace řízení neziskových divadel. V poslední kapitole je pak naplňován hlavní cíl práce v podobě definování komplexního modelu řízení neziskových organizací v ČR, který je sestaven na základě předchozích analýz, kvantitativního výzkumu a rešerše odborné zahraniční literatury.

Abstract:

The existence of non-profit arts and culture is threatened by declining public expenditures, growing quality requirements and increasing competition in both, culture and entertainment in general. The aim of this thesis is to ensure the viability of non-profit theaters in the Czech Republic based on the changed management model, which if successfully implementated, would enhance their competitiveness in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. The basis of the thesis, besides the defined comprehensive management model, lies in the quantitative research in the form of detailed surveys which examines the current status of non-profit theaters in the country. The first part of the paper systematically analyzes the current external environment of non-profit theaters and is used to identify risks that threaten theater existence. In the following part, the results of quantitative research are presented and related issues of non-profit theater risk management are addressed. The result of research reveals the need for greater professionalization of non-profit theaters. The last chapter focuses on the main objective of the thesis and provides detailed information on a comprehensive model of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic, which is based on a previous analysis, quantitative research and research of foreign subject matter literature.
