Analysis of business model of an entrepreneurship idea

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou business modelu restaurace se zdravou výživou. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit realizovatelný business model, který by byl zároveň konkurenceschopný. V teoretické části bylo k definici pojmu business model a popisu nástrojů na jejich tvorbu využito odborné literatury. V praktické části byly analyzovány existující konkurenční restaurace a společnosti nabízející rozvoz jídel. Dále byly pomocí dotazování zjišťovány postoje 600 respondentů k oblasti zdravé výživy a jejich využívání stravovacích služeb. Respondenti projevili zájem především o různé druhy masa, veganská, asijská a mexická jídla. U všech nabízených jídel bude uvedena jejich energetická hodnota a množství makronutrientů (cukrů, bílkovin, tuků). Cena jídel se bude pohybovat mezi 120 – 160 Kč a u desertů mezi 30 – 70 Kč. Nejdříve bude otevřeno výdejní okénko v Praze a bude možnost si jídlo objednat s dovozem, později bude případně otevřena restaurace s posezením. Tato práce může v budoucnu sloužit k dalšímu rozpracování myšlenky a jako základ pro otevření výdejního okénka či restaurace.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis is an analysis of my business model for a restaurant with healthy food. The aim of this work was to create a viable business model that was also competitive. In the theoretical part, scientific literature was used to define the concept of a business model and describe the tools for its creation. In the practical part, we analysed the existing competitive restaurants and food-delivery companies. Furthermore, a survey was used to question 600 respondents on their attitude toward healthy eating and their use of catering services. Respondents were mainly interested in various types of vegan, non-vegan, Asian and Mexican food. The caloric value of all offered meals and amount of macronutrients will be stated. The prices will be between 120 – 160 CZK for meals and 30 – 70 CZK for desserts. Initially, a walk-up window will be opened in Prague and it will be possible to order for delivery. Later, a restaurant with seating will be opened. This research may serve in the future to further develop my idea as a basis for opening either a walk-up window or a traditional restaurant.
