Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá podporovaným zaměstnáváním, konkrétně komunikací mezi pracovními konzultanty a zaměstnavateli. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaké strategie volí pracovní konzultanti pro efektivní komunikaci se zaměstnavateli. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část empirickou.
