Tato diplomová práce se zabývá postavením LGBT komunity v českých podnicích. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky týkající se života LGBT lidí, jejich historického pozadí, postavení obecně ve společnosti a následně také v podnicích. This diploma thesis deals with the position of LGBT community in Czech companies. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge about the life of LGBT people, their historical background, the position in society and also in companies.
