Client - Attitude of Insurance Companies during Liquidation Process

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Klientský přístup pojišťoven při likvidačním procesu“ si klade za cíl analyzovat obsah pojmu klientský přístup při likvidaci pojistných událostí, specifikovat současné odlišnosti marketingu v pojišťovnách a následně nastínit situaci a vývoj marketingu v praxi pojišťoven. Východiskem práce jsou jednak poznatky významných autorů v problematice, jednak poznatky zaměstnanců a vrcholového managementu pojišťoven a vlastní poznatky autora. Je zřejmé, že marketing se již stal nedílnou a nezastupitelnou součástí klientského přístupu. Praktický pohled na tuto tématiku přináší nastínění významu marketingového pojmu CRM, jehož využitím lze ovlivnit nejen schopnost pojišťovny udržet si pozici na pojistném trhu, ale cíleně tuto pozici posílit. Další část detailně rozebírá klientský přístup při likvidaci pojistných událostí z pohledu pojištěného, poškozeného i pojistitele. Závěrem je poukázáno na metodické procesy a zkvalitňování klientského přístupu ze strany pojišťovny vůči klientům. Jsou zde navrženy postupy, jak zkvalitnit klientský přístup u zaměstnanců pojišťoven pomocí školení, metodického vedení a vzdělávání v oblasti psychologie a sociologie.

Abstract:

Diploma work „Client Attitude of Insurance Companies during Liquidation Process“ aims to analyze scope of the term client-attitude during liquidation process, to specify current differences of marketing in insurance companies and, subsequently, to outline the situation and development of marketing in insurance practice. The conclusion of this diploma work consists of findings of authors who specialize in insurance, findings of top management and employees of insurance companies as well as findings of the author of this work himself. It is obvious that marketing has become an integral and irreplaceable part of the client-attitude. Practical insight into this matter outlines the importance of marketing term “CRM”. By using CRM it is possible not only to influence the ability of insurance company to maintain its position on the market but also to purposely strengthen this position. The following part of the paper deals in great detail with client-attitude during liquidation of insurance claims from the viewpoint of the Insured, the Involved and the Insurer. In conclusion the methodological processes and improvements of client-attitude of insurance companies towards clients are pointed out. Specific methods are suggested to improve client-attitude of employees of insurance companies by means of training, methodological guidance and education in the area of psychology and sociology.
