Bakalářská práce se zabývá bezpečností a ochranou obyvatelstva. Nejprve jsou tyto pojmy vysvětleny na obecné úrovni společně s hlavními úkoly ochrany obyvatelstva, kterými jsou varování, vyrozumění, evakuace, ukrytí a nouzové přežití. The bachelor thesis deals with safety and security of the population. These concepts are explained in general level together with the main areas of protection of the population which are warning, notification, evacuation, sheltering and emergency survival.
