Abstract:
Tato práce bude sloužit k objasnění základních pojmů problematiky benchmarkingu u organizací poskytujících služby a následnému zpracování dat, na základě kterých budou podniky porovnány. Dále v práci budou uvedeny výsledky ze zjištěného porovnávání a na základě nich uvedena potřebná doporučení.
Abstract:
This work will serve to clarify the basic concepts of benchmarking issues in service organizations and data processing that will be used to compare businesses. Further, the results of the comparison will be presented in the paper and the necessary recommendations will be presented.
