Depression of lumbosacral pain using the kinesiotaping method in pregnant women in 3rd trimestr

Abstract:

V práci jsme rozebrali problematiku lumbosakrálních bolestí u těhotných žen, okolnosti jejího vzniku, možnosti prevence a následné léčby. Především jsme se zaměřili na jednu z nefarmakologických metod tlumení bolestí - kinesiotaping. V práci byla podrobně vysvětlena fyziologie účinku tejpu, indikace i kontraindikace využití tejpování, zásady aplikace a techniky lepení. V závěru práce byly shrnuty kompetence porodních asistentek, v rámci využití tohoto terapeutického prostředku v praxi. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo dokázat, že kinesiotaping je účinná metoda tlumení lumbosakrální bolestí u těhotných žen ve III. trimestru.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis we discussed the issue of lumbosacral pain in pregnant women, the circumstances of its formation, the possibility of prevention and subsequent treatment. Firstly, we focused on one of the non-pharmacological methods of pain control called kinesiotaping. This bachelor thesis explained in detail the physiology of the effect of kinesio tape, the indications and contraindications of the use of tapping, the principles of application and the bonding technique. At the end of the thesis, the competences of midwives in the use of this therapeutic aid in practice were summarised. The main aim of this thesis was to prove that kinesiotaping is an effective method of controlling lumbosacral pain in pregnant women in the third trimester.
