Práce se zabývá analýzou veřejných rozpočtů ČR v období let 1996 až 2014 se zaměřením na státní rozpočet s komparací politických cyklů. The thesis is concerned with analysis of development of public budget in Czech republic between 1996 and 2014 with focusing on state budget with regard to the progress of political cycles.
