The phenomenon of literary tourism

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Fenomén literární turistiky ve své úvodní části objasňuje pojem literárního turismu jako trendu současné doby a nastiňuje "historii", která díky nedávnému zrodu této novinky v cestování nesahá příliš daleko. Sledován je přínos literárního turismu pro veřejnost a převážně pro žáky základních škol. Následně práce představuje problematiku literárního turismu v rámci České republiky a různých zahraničních oblastí, s přiblížením atraktivních míst, spisovatelů a literárních děl, která plní funkci motivace k cestování. Praktická část postihuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Poznatky získané tímto výzkumem jsou zpracovány do přehledných grafů s podrobnějšími informacemi. Na jejich základě jsou navrženy a rozpracovány literární toulky, které obohacují nabídku literárního turismu a snaží se oslovit dospělou populaci a žáky základních škol.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis The Phenomenon of Literary Tourism in its introductory section clarifies the concept of literary tourism as a trend of the present era and outlines the "history" which due to its recent birth does not extend too far. The contribution of literary tourism to the general public and mainly for elementary school students will be here studied. Subsequently this thesis introduces the issue of literary tourism with the focus on The Czech Republic and various abroad areas with getting better knowledge of attractive locations , writers and literary works, which serves as motivation for travelling. The practical part is includes the results of the survey. The knowledge gained by this research is processed into clear charts. On their basis are designed and developed literary wanderings, which enrich the selection of literary tourism and hopes to reach the adult population and primary school pupils.
