Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá bezpodielovým spoluvlastníctvom manželov so zameraním na podnikanie. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na objasnenie základných pojmov súvisiacich s prácou. Druhá kapitola stručne charakterizuje vlastníctvo a vlastnícke právo, z ktorého bezpodielové spoluvlastníctvo manželov vychádza.
