Práce se zabývá především pojmem velezrada jako ústavněprávním deliktem, jehož subjektem je prezident republiky a procesem žaloby v případě porušení této skutkové podstaty. Diploma thesis mainly deals with the concept of high treason as a constitutional delict, whose subject is the the president and the process of action for breach of the merits.
