Bakalářská práce zkoumá motivační podněty a stimulaci k požadovanému výkonu v podobě pracovních benefitů z pohledu zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. Speciálně se zaměřuje na příspěvek zaměstnavatele na životní pojištění a doplňkové penzijní spoření. Zohledňuje daňové aspekty jednotlivých benefitů a jejich motivační účinek. The bachelor's thesis examines the motivational stimuli and stimulation for the required performance in the form of work benefits from the perspective of both the employee and the employer.
