Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezdomovectví a ní s spojené kriminality. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní terminologii bezdomovce, bezdomovectví, kriminality a trestných činů. Blíže specifikuje typy trestných činů konaných bezdomovci a na bezdomovcích. V praktické části, pomocí dotazníkového šetření dojde ke zmapování kriminality a viktimologie bezdomovců. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of homelessness and related crimes. The theoreti-cal part explains the basic terminology of homeless people, homelessness, criminality and crime. It specifies the types of crimes committed against the homeless and by the homeless. In practical terms, a questionnaire survey will map the crime and victimology of the home-less.
