Abstract:

Téma diplomová práce je zaměřeno na „Etiku v podnikání“. Diplomová práce se člení na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vývoji etiky a etice v podnikání. Dále se zabývá jedním z aspektů etiky v podnikání, diskriminací na pracovním trhu. Smyslem této části práce je přiblížit etiku podnikání a poukázat kde všude se můžeme setkat s diskriminací v této oblasti. Část praktická vymezuje předmět a cíle diplomové práce. Dále popisuje činnosti neziskové organizace Transparency International-ČR a soukromé výzkumné organizace STEM. Tyto organizace se zabývají výzkumy v ČR, zejména etikou podnikání a jejími aspekty. Jejich výzkumy jsou použity v této diplomové práci pro šetření a analýzu za účelem zjištění situace v České republice v rámci podnikatelské etiky a diskriminací na pracovním trhu. Z analýzy dostupných zdrojů vyplynulo, že podnikatelské prostředí je v ČR do značné míry neetické. Diskriminace na pracovním trhu se vyskytuje poměrně často, zejména v oblasti pracovněprávních vztahů. Šetření bylo založeno na předpokladu, že v naší zemi se doposud setkáváme s neetickým chováním podniků a příliš často se stáváme subjektem diskriminace na pracovním trhu, aniž si to uvědomujeme. Shrnuté výsledky dostupných výzkumů tento předpoklad jen potvrzují.

Abstract:

The graduation theses is oriented on Ethics in business. The graduation theses is sectionalized to the theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part of the thesis follow progress of ethics and the ethics in business. Further, it considers one of the aspects of the ethics in business, discriminations on a labour market. Meaning of this part of the thesis is zooming in the ethics in business and show where ever we can meet with discrimination in this part. Practical part delimits subjetct and an aim of the thesis. Further, it is describing activities of not-for-profit organization Transparency International – CR and private investigative organization STEM. These organizations consider researches in Czech Republic, especially an ethics in business and its aspects. Their researches are use in this thesis for savings and analysis for the purpose in ascertain of the situation in Czech Republic in a framework business ethics and discriminations on the labour market. From anylysis of available resources had revealed that the business enviroment in the Czech Republic is largely unethical. Discrimination on the labour market is relatively often, especially in the part labourlaw relations. Investigation was found on supposition that in our country we are meeting with un-ethic behaviour of the companies up to now and we become subject of the discrimination on labour market without realizing it. Sumarized results from comprehensible researches this presumption just confirm.
