Teoretická část této práce shrnuje základní informace o struktuře, zdrojích, roli v organismu, farmakokinetice, detekci a kvantifikaci kolagenu a kyseliny hyaluronové. Experimentální část je zaměřena na optimalizaci a validaci vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie ve spojení s hmotnostní spektrometrií (HPLC-MS) pro kvantifikaci aminokyselin a dipeptidů kolagenu.
