International Limitations of Trade in Antiquities and Items of Artistic Value
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje popisu právní úpravy omezující obchodování s kulturními statky. Zabývá se situací v České republice a srovnáním s německou právní úpravou. Vymezuje okruh předmětů, na které se omezení vzathuje a popisuje podmínky, za nichž je možné předměty vyvážet.
Abstract:
This thesis describes the binding conditions by export of cultural goods from Czech republic and compares it with the situation in Germany.
