Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá právním překladem. Je rozdělena na tři části- teoretickou část, praktickou část a analýzu překladu. Teoretická část je věnovaná teorii skopos, překladatelským postupům a teorii právního překladu. Tato část rovněž popisuje problémy spojené s právním překladem. Praktickou část tvoří překlad úryvku francouzského Zákoníku práce. Analýza překladu komentuje uskutečněný překlad.
