Money Market Funds

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fondy peněžního trhu, konkrétně fondy založené v České republice, které působí na domácím trhu. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat vývoj podílových fondů peněžního trhu v České republice v letech 2011-2019. První část práce poskytuje teoretický úvod o peněžním trhu a instrumentech obchodovaných na tomto trhu. Další část je věnována teorii fondů peněžního trhu. Poslední část této práce je zaměřena na analýzu tohoto trhu a chování konkrétních subjektů v nastalých podmínkách, které uzavírá následné shrnutí a vyhodnocení výsledků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on money market funds, specifically on funds in the Czech Republic, which are available on the domestic market. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the progression of the money market mutual funds in the Czech Republic in 2011-2019. The first part of the thesis provides a theoretical introduction to the money market and instruments traded on this market. The next part is devoted to the theory of money market funds. The emphasis of the last part of this thesis is on market analysis and on the adaptation of the observed subjects to these specific conditions, which is followed by summary and evaluation of the results.
