Population Protection in the Process of Dealing with Emergencies in a Selected Municipality

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje ochranu obyvatelstva při mimořádných událostech. Teoretická část práce se opírá o základní legislativu, pojmy z oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva a samotnou historii. V teoretické části jsou popsány mimořádné události, které se ve městě nejčastěji vyskytují. Praktická část práce popisuje analýzu současného stavu, ve které jsou podrobně popsány povodně, požáry a sesuvy půdy. Další kapitoly obsahují taktická cvičení HZS, zmapování záplavového území, varování obyvatelstva, řízený rozhovor a poslední část práce se věnuje návrhovému opatření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis describes the protection of the population during emergencies. The theoretical part of the work is based on basic legislation, concepts in the field of population protection and history itself. The theoretical part describes the extraordinary events that most often occur in the city. The practical part of the work describes the analysis of the current state, in which floods, fires and landslides are described in detail. The next chapters contain tactical exercises of the Fire and Rescue Servise, mapping of the floodplain, warning of the population, guided interview and the last part of the work is devoted to the design measure.
